LIVE CHAT: what's your discipline style?

we'll be chatting discipline styles here TOMORROW, thursday, feb. 10 at 1 pm EST.

as my son approaches 3, i'm seeing my discipline styles changing a bit... new behaviors from him = new repercussions.

what is your discipline style with your child(ren)?  what has worked?  what hasn't worked?  how consistent are you and your partner when it comes to disciplining your kiddos?

My little girl being five now it's getting harder but I can say caring for a girl is more demanding then a boy.
