Hi Robert

Have you ever tried baking gf bread from scratch instead of using a bread machine mix?

King Arthur Flour has a great step by step recipe for making gf bread on their blog.

I love using Bob's Red Mill mix in my bread machine.  Works perfectly and rises beautifully.  Set it to the 1.5 lb loaf setting and don't use the "quick" setting, just regular white bread setting.
