I need help too, Jo-Lynne. Honestly, I'm a bit baking challenged whether it's gluten free or not.

Oh love this one!  I just figured out a few tricks with gluten free baking, it was nice to actually bake something that didn't fall apart.  I'd love to hear more tips on gluten free baking!

Looking forward to this!  Know I feel so much better with all the choices Udi's provides.  But need other ideas so everything can  taste great when I attempt to make it gluten free.  See you Tuesday.
